Rumi Organization for Research is delighted to announce the fifth phase of providing free Duolingo vouchers to Afghan girls and boys. We are on mission to support EVERY single eligible applicant with a free voucher.

  • Rumi Organization for Research has compiled a set of materials to aid Afghan men/women in preparing for the Duolingo examination. Tutorials have been made available for public perusal, viewing, and practice, with the aim of achieving the highest possible score on the test. These tutorials can be accessed via the link https://rumi.af/tuts. You need to have a strong connection to download the .zip files. You also need to use computer to download the files becasue of their large size. It is a great idea to download them using a download manager software such as 'Internet Download Manager.'

    At this time, we are unable to provide a voucher urgently unless you can convince us otherwise. The deadline for sending an application is 1 February 2025. If you do not hear back from us by the 15th of February 2025, it indicates that your application was unsuccessful. We only contact successful applicants. We provide Duolingo vouchers to anyone who meets our requirements. We do not consider age. If you need a Duolingo certificate for any academic/professional purpose, please feel free to apply.

    Please bear in mind that sending an application does not automatically qualify you for a voucher; you must meet our requirements. Using AI tools to respond to the below inquires, such as ChatGPT, automatically disqualifies you. Please be yourself; your own writing matters. You are forbidden to use even Grammarly. We strictly adhere to this regulation that any tool usage, even asking a friend for help, disqualifies you both from receiving a voucher. Please note that if you use AI to write your essays, your university admission applications are highly likely to be rejected. We love to see you excel in acquiring knowledge and assist you; therefore, strictly following the regulations mentioned is a pivot step to success from our lens.

    Please note that you need to be ready to apply. We really do not expect you to send us an application instantly after seeing the 'call for applications.' We want you to take your time, prepare well using the tutorials we provided, take as must practice tests as possible, and then one or two days close to the deadline, apply. If you are not prepared and are applying without maintaining a score of AT LEAST 130 in the result interval of the Duolingo practice test, we will not consider your application at all. Additionally, please upload a FULL screen screenshot of your Duolingo practice test result taken AFTER December 13, 2024.

    Please note the meaning of 'a score of AT LEAST 130.' This means that after taking a demo test, your score must fall within one of the following ranges: 130-135, 130-140, 130-145, 130-150, 130-155, or 130-160. We do not accept any application with a score below 130; such applications are automatically rejected without notification. We advise you to use our provided materials for thorough practice and preparation. Before submitting your application, take as many free demo tests as possible, and attach your highest score.
